We understand that food can be confusing - we see the different fads and wellness trends popping up daily- One day you see someone promoting fasting, another day keto, and the next day whole 30. After each attempt, you find yourself where you started, ready to search for the next best trend.
We always say to each other, if we had not studied nutrition we would feel completely lost too, just like you may be...
So, we've done the research so you don't have to!
We will teach you how to eat without all the rules. No more restricting carbs, gluten, soy, dairy, fruit, grains or whatever else you have cut out because an influencer or friend told you to do so.
Instead of focusing on what you shouldn't eat we are going to make sure you know what foods to eat and WHY so that you can feel empowered to make your own food choices for the rest of your life.
We want to set you up for success so that you don't have to waste another moment worrying about whether you should eat something or not.
And lastly, we want you to know:
We believe that the journey to better health starts with simplicity and understanding.
In a world filled with diet noise and conflicting information, we're here to guide you back to the basics of nourishing your body, quieting the noise, and helping you feel good from the inside out.
Our mission is to meet you where you are on your health journey and provide personalized nutrition education that fits your unique needs and lifestyle. We're here to empower you to make confident and informed food choices, without the stress and confusion that often accompany the latest wellness trends.

By focusing on these fundamental principles, we guide you towards a holistic, sustainable, and stress-free approach to wellness.
My love for food began at a young age as some of my favorite childhood memories were spent in the kitchen, cooking homemade family dinners. Sundays were spent making panini-pressed sandwiches with my dad and no family gathering was complete without my grandma’s famous cookies!
Throughout my high school and college years, I struggled with poor body image and experimented with countless diets in order to fulfill my ‘ideal’ body type. This unhealthy relationship heightened when I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) at 19 years old.
For years, I restricted certain foods/food groups (talking to you, carbs!) and truly believed this defined a ‘healthy’ lifestyle. Restricting during the week and binging on the weekends became exhausting, stressful, and unenjoyable.
It was not until I was taking nutrition and science courses toward my Masters's degree that I truly began to learn, understand, and appreciate the power of nutrition and all that it can do for the mind and body.
Food and wellness was no longer a source of stress, but an opportunity for fuel and satiety and to reap the benefits of all the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants it has to offer.
Not only did I physically feel better, but mentally I was happier and felt more aligned with myself than ever before.
My innate passion for helping others on their health and wellness journey stems from my personal story and the years of education and experiences I have along with it. There is nothing more important than our health and nothing better than feeling good from the inside out

Food Freedom and Improving Relationship to Food
For as long as I can remember, I have been intrigued by the diet industry. Growing up, I watched family members try many different diets, only to end up back where they started. This sparked my interest in nutrition, aiming to find the "best" diets for lasting weight loss.
Amidst the constant celebration, traveling, and exploration of new foods throughout my childhood, I realized the problem: fad diets don't work.
After studying public health and clinical nutrition, it hit me – real change comes from transforming your whole lifestyle.
As I learned more, I saw that many of us struggle with knowing WHAT and HOW to eat because of all the "noise" from diet culture and fad diets. If we followed all the advice from different diets, it would feel like we have no food options!
My mission is to simplify nutrition, emphasizing that food doesn't have to be complicated – it's our fuel- essential for life. I also want to shift the focus from food being about how we look or what the scale says. When you start choosing food for reasons other than just your weight, you can live a more liberating life.
Everyone has their own relationship with food, and I want to understand your story, meet you where you are, provide education, and help you reach a place where food doesn't dominate your thoughts while feeling good from the inside out
